SAP FICO is classified in to two categories. One is SAP FI (Financial Accounting) & another one is SAP CO Modules. SAP FICO is the important module of ERP which stores the financial transactions data. SAP FI is used for external reporting i.e., Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements. SAP CO (Controlling) plays an important role in Management decision making and for internal reporting purpose.

SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) is also called SAP-HR. SAP HR Module helps to look after all the major aspects that covers under Human resource aspect in an organisation. SAP HCM consists of some important sub-modules which are discussed below.

SAP PP Module

Production Planning is the process of aligning demand with manufacturing capacity to create production and procurement schedules for finished products and component materials. It tracks and makes a record of the manufacturing process flows, for example, the planned and actual costs. Also, goods movements from the conversion of raw material to semi-finished goods. It is fully integrated with the other SAP modules: SD, MM, QM, FICO & PM. SAP PP is an important module of SAP. It contains some important aspects like:

SAP Basis Module

Basis is a set of programs & tools that act as an interface with Database, communication protocols, Operating system and other SAP modules like FI, HR, SD, PP etc. This course will introduce different features of Basis. The course is designed for those beginners with little or no basis experience. But knowledge of SAP basics is a plus when it learned.

SAP Security Module

Essentially, SAP Security is a complex set of different areas with different responsibilities. There are several ways how to separate it into different parts to work with. SAP Security can be divided into application and business layers or platform and customization level. On the other hand, it can be grouped by approach such as detection & response or organizational and technical. SAP Security can constitute distinct areas in accordance with platform types (ABAP, JAVA, and so on).
